Restoration Christian Fellowship Church
Dr. Arthor L. Faber is the founding pastor of Restoration Christian Church in Aquebogue, Long Island, New York.
In 2011, Christian entrepreneur Arthor L. Faber felt called by God to start a weekly Bible study out of his cell phone storefront. After weeks of hesitation, Art finally obeyed God’s call. Over six weeks, he distributed flyers and provided ice water to those passing by for the first Prayer and Bible Fellowship event.
About two years later, with more than a dozen faithful attendees, the Lord broadened Art’s vision to establish Restoration Christian Fellowship Church. This new church aimed to differ from the ones Art had attended in the past by focusing on basic Biblical teaching and adhering to Christ’s directive to “go into the world and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20).
For over a decade, the Holy Spirit-led Restoration Church has upheld this mission. Known as a voice in the local Riverhead and Eastern Long Island community, Restoration Church is recognized for its evangelism outreach projects, impactful online worship presentations, and, importantly, its Wednesday evening Prayer and Bible Fellowship meetings—the very meetings that started it all.
Under the leadership of Jesus Christ and shepherded by Pastor Art, Restoration Church continues to reinforce Biblical principles and encourages followers of Jesus to dedicate their lives to spreading the Gospel and sharing the love of our Lord with everyone.
